Wendy has been serving the real estate profession for over 30 years and is currently a Broker Sales Associate and has earned the following designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), and the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). She has received many awards for her sales performance over the years including acknowledgment of her time spent teaching real estate classes at the local college. Her clients often describe her as detail-orientated, proactive, and fun to be around. In her spare time, she enjoys working on her countryside home, reading a good book, and simple day trips exploring the state's history. Married into a farmer's family she has learned the meaning of hard work and understands the gratification of a job well done.
